Twinsax to host signature ‘Gratitude Concert’ live in Cardiff, UK
Nigerian saxophone duo, Twinsax will hold their annual Gratitude Concert in the UK for the first time on Friday, July 28, 2023 at the Old premier cinema studio 1, Capitol Shopping Center, Queen Street, Cardiff, CF10 2HQ.
The annual event is a signature concert for Twinsax, and has continued to gather popularity over the past 6 years since its debut at Oduduwa University campus, Nigeria, where the duo graduated from.
The UK version of “Gratitude Concert is just about being grateful to God for His unending faithfulness. It was inspired by Psalm 150 vs 3-6” said Twinsax to TheAfricanDream.net. “We want to use it to show gratitude to God, for the opportunity He provides us in life on a daily basis. it is a great opportunity to dance and worship God to the fullest for all His faithfulness over the years.”
The concert has featured admirable Christian ministers over the years and would be hosting its international debut alongside Nigerian, UK-based renowned gospel saxophonist, Mike Aremu. Other performers include Chris sadiku from Manchester, UK; Nehemiah Kulothungan from Cardiff, UK: Adeshina Adenusi from Cardiff, UK; The Warehouse Worship Team from Manchester, UK; and Elijah Daniels from Nigeria.
The identical twin have through an impressive command of saxophone promoted an “undiluted passion for the gospel of Christ.” They have instituted international Christian events like the Gospel Jazz Evening Africa, and Jazz Amplified. They launched Gratitude Concert in a grand inception in 2017, and UK Music Tour in 2022.
“Since relocating to the UK, we have been committed to the assignment God gave us by propagating the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the UK through our music,” Twinsax disclosed to TheAfricanDream.net. “In 2017, we had a vision to take the gospel around the globe. We started with touring five Nigerian states and extended to other African countries like Ghana”
In September last year, they launched their Europe Tour 2022, concluding it in October. It was a medium to evangelise the gospel in the European region through their talents in saxophone. The tour covered Spain, Germany, France and the Netherlands.

There will be a brief meet and greet at 4pm, door opens at 4:30pm, and official start of event is 5pm. Time is based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC+01:00).
