In recent years, Ghana has faced several socio-economic hurdles. From rising inflation and unemployment rates to the urgent need for improved healthcare and education systems, the issues at hand require a multi-faceted approach driven by informed decision-making.
While political affiliation and loyalty often dominate government appointments, embedding technocrats within your cabinet can bring fresh ideas and specialised expertise. This is an opportunity to prioritise meritocracy over partisanship.
