Accra; the capital city of Ghana, gets ready to host the fifth annual Africa HR (Human Resource) Leaders conference under the theme “Evolve, Execute, Add Value” from March 30 to April 1, 2016. This conference is expected to be attended by over 100 delegates from both the private and public sector in Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa and many other African countries who will be addressed by over 30 local and international experts.
Delegates of the HR event are expected to be addressed by a highly powered faculty including Dr Theophilus Tshukudu (University of Botswana); Ola Azeez (Fellow, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria); Tina Muparadzi ( HR Director, Bharti Airtel); CK Bruce (CEO, Innovare); and Marina Milantoni (Regional HR Director, Huawei). Others are Stella Appiah-Nkansah (HR Director, Vodafone Ghana); Effie Cooke(Executive Director, Capability Trust) and Emma Wenani (HR Director, Global Media Alliance).

Africa HR conference past delegates
Representatives from the International Labour Organisation (speaking on Work Place Preparedness for the Menacing Ebola Virus); the Trade Union Congress (on Strengthening HR, Management and the Union working relationship); Ghana Labour Commission (on Common Labour Disputes and How to Avoid Them) as well as Adeniyi Oromalaran (Chief Resource Officer, Nehemiah Resources) and Billie Richardson (Employee Wellness Coach and CEO, Corporate Counseling Ltd) will address this important gathering of African HR professionals.
The 5th annual African HR conference will be made up of keynote addresses, master classes, panel discussions and case studies. Some key highlights of the 3-day conference will be an evening cocktail and the official re-launch of Personnel Messenger magazine.
