On Thursday, 21 July 2022, the winners of the CAF Awards 2022 were announced at a ceremony held in Rabat, Morocco, with Senegal dominating most of the men’s category.
The CAF Awards ceremony recognises the top football players or teams from Africa, and is organised by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). Below is the full list of 2022 CAF Awards winners:

Player of the Year: Sadio Mane (Senegal)
Club Player of the Year: Mohamed el Shenawy (Al Ahly/Egypt)
Young Player of the Year: Pape Matar Sarr (Senegal)
Coach of the Year: Aliou Cisse (Senegal)
National Team of the Year: Senegal
Club of the Year: Wydad Casablanca (Morocco)
Goal of the Year: Pape Ousmane Sakho (Senegal, Simba/TAN)
