At Space X, Kanye West Met Elon Musk
Alex Kleinis, the CEO of Kano, documented Ye’s visit, and Wack thanked him for his time by posting a selfie of himself with the founder on Instagram.
The encounter between Musk and West was scarcely unexpected, as the two have long been fans of one another. For example, when Kanye West tweeted that he would be running for presidency in 2020, Elon Musk offered ‘full support’
The two has been spotted together for the previous decade, beginning in early 2011 when Musk disclosed that West had already paid a visit to SpaceX.
Musk complimented West in a 2015 Time story for his self-assurance and commitment to his ideas. He even referred to the rapper as a “cultural pantheon” in one of his tweets.Musk about Kanye wrote at the time:
“Kanye’s belief in himself and his incredible tenacity — he performed his first single with his jaw wired shut — got him to where he is today. And he fought for his place in the cultural pantheon with a purpose. He’s not afraid of being judged or ridiculed in the process. Kanye’s been playing the long game all along, and we’re only just beginning to see why.”
While rumors and indications about a deluxe edition of “DONDA” circulate on the internet, Kanye West opted to visit SpaceX headquarters in California for a meeting with Elon Musk.
However, Elon Musk isn’t the only well-known figure Ye has met last week.
According to HotNewHipHop, he hooked up with Jordan Belfort, star of The Wolf of Wall Street, who was also present at West’s latest Sunday Service.
On Friday, Kanye West wasn’t the only one who visited SpaceX; Wack 100 also paid a visit to the facility and acknowledged Elon Musk on social media.
