Ghanaian youngster Jesurun Rak-Sakyi earns England U-20 call up
English-born Ghanaian Jesurun Rak-Sakyi has been handed another invited to the U-20 team of the Three Lions ahead of the international break.
The Crystal Palace winger was named in England U-20 coach Andy Edwards’ team for the games against Italy and Czech Republic next week.
The 18-year-old born to Ghanaian parents in England made his debut for the European country last month, scoring in the 6-1 thrashing of Romanian.
Although he has chosen to represent England at youth level, Rak-Sakyi is eligible to play for the country of his parents, Ghana, at senior level.
The teen sensation has been key to Crystal Palace’s U-23 side in the Premier League II, and made his senior debut in the English topflight against Chelsea on the opening day.
