Ghanaian music artist Ebo releases 2024 new single ‘Agya Yesu’
Ghanaian multi-talented singer and Afro-dancehall artist, Henry Essien professionally known as Ebo, has released a new single titled ‘Agya Yesu,’ the first track off his ‘Sounds of Gold Coast’ Extended Play (EP) project. The Washington-DC based artist has also made the new single available on all streaming platforms online.
The Agya Yesu single is a motivational release for everybody working hard or tirelessly, especially starters. In his view, money has become a priority over important virtues like showing love and respect to everyone regardless of what they earn. This is what Ebo has written the new single about. He also raised anticipation for the song’s remix which is already in production.
“It is sad that one has no respect in his or her own community lately, except he or she is rich to gain respect from others. A ready-made man is what most girls want; nothing like let’s hustle together to make it one day anymore. So as a man I have to work hard and make some money; this is the reason behind the song” said Ebo to TheAfricanDream.net in a convo.
“Agya Yesu is a song to be heard by the world, on every stage, airplay, tv, I mean all platforms that supports music entertainment; because it is a powerful song with deep lyrics, and most importantly, a prayer.”
Ebo wants to inspire, uplift, and strengthen the conscious minds of all ages to never give up on their passion for greatness. He believes that anything is achievable with God’s help through focus, determination, persistence, and hardwork. Ebo has given himself a sterling objective, which is to support his family, and help anyone in need globally through his music.
“Music is my source of power to life; and through my music, I believe God will bless and save a lots of lives through me Worldwide,” said Ebo to TheAfricanDream.net this month.
From the early stages of his music career, Ebo as a brand has worked hard as an independent artiste, making his way through the big names in both Ghanaian and American entertainment space. He has worked and performed with renowned names like the late AB Crentsil, Amakye Dede, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, Kuami Eugene, Kidi, Bisa Kdei, King Promise, Bright, D-Cryme, Shatta Wale, and Samini.
